You can return a product within seven (7) days from the day of receipt, after first contacting us (tel: 2310202210).
All returns will be accepted if and as long as they meet the following conditions:
The product is in its original condition.
Not to be soiled or washed and not to have its card removed.
Return all product accessories (packaging) and proof of purchase.
Send the product via ELTA courier or ACS with which we cooperate (the relevant shipping costs will be borne by you)

CHANGE / CANCELLATION OF ORDER
You can change or cancel your order at no charge if your order is not ready for shipment, by calling: 2310 202210. In case your order has been placed for shipment, no change can be made or cancellation will be shipped normally.
In case you do not find another product immediately, in order to make the change – return, you have the right to keep your amount for the next purchase. This case assumes that you must return the product that is for change, within 7 working days to our company, after contacting us. You can use your credit at any time you want. There is no time limit.
